Built in 1901 and housed in the restored Cotton Belt Depot, visitors to the Grapevine Historical Museum can view many interesting local and pioneer history exhibits and learn about the city of Grapevine. The purpose of the museum is to collect, preserve and interpret objects, structures and documents that are relevant to the Grapevine Area. The Grapevine Historical Museum is open to visitors daily.

The Grapevine Vintage Railroad, which is serviced by two vintage locomotives, travels along the historic Cotton Belt Route. Take a one-and-a-half hour ride in an authentic 1920s and 1930s Victorian-style train from Grapevine to Fort Worth Stockyards, where you'll find shopping, dining and meeting facilities. The Grapevine Vintage Railroad also accommodates groups, field trips, parties and charters. Throughout the year, special events such as the Halloween Scream Train and North Pole Express are held. Tickets may be purchased at the Grapevine Depot ticket office.
