If you're in a hurry to skip the often-long lines, buy the Express Pass Tickets, at more than double the cost of a regular ticket. This puts you at the front of the security line and the elevator line. Note that if you have an online ticket, you automatically skip the second ticket line, though the express pass puts you at the front of that line as well.
Enter the number of adult, child and senior tickets that you want to buy. Note that a surcharge is added to the cost of each ticket.
Choose any optional features that you want to add. Given the amount of free information available on the Internet, you can safely skip any of the guides. However, if you're unfamiliar with the New York skyline, consider buying the audio tour. Tony the cab driver adds Big Apple atmosphere as he narrates the sites. Because the tour can be replayed at will on the included media player, you can save money by buying only one or two tours and sharing it with your party.
Choose a delivery method. The cheapest and most convenient option is to print your tickets online. If you choose to have your tickets mailed, allow at least seven to 10 business days for domestic addresses and more for an international one.
Click the Continue button to display the login page. If you do not have an account, enter your email address and click the Continue button to display the Billing page.
Enter your contact information, including a password and your billing details with a credit card number. Then click the Continue button to receive your tickets. Note that the date on the ticket is the date you placed the order, and not the date you must enter the building. Tickets are good up to two years from the date of purchase.
