Call United Airlines Customer Service number at 800-864-8331. Customer Service Representatives will be able to help you make a flight reservation using your frequent flier miles as payment. You can also log onto the company's website using your email address or Mileage Plus account number. Click on "Book with Miles" and input your trip information. You will then be presented with a list of flight options and the number of miles that will be used from your account. If you do not have enough miles to cover the flight of your choice, you will have the option use your miles and pay for the remaining portion of the flight.
Use your miles for free hotel stays or rental cars. Call United Customer Service or go to the website and click "Book with Miles." Choose the option to either book a rental car or a hotel room using your miles as payment. Select the option you want, enter your dates of travel and select the partner that best fits your needs.
