If your search does not indicate that your trip qualifies for the mystery traveler program, email [email protected] to see if you can volunteer even though your trip was not selected.
Purchase mystery traveler approved tickets with a credit or debit card on the Greyhound website. Retain your confirmation number as you will need it to complete the survey after your trip.
Print out the service questions provided by the Greyhound mystery traveler program and take your mystery approved Greyhound trip. Keep notes about the experience and the quality of the service.
Complete the online survey for mystery travelers within seven days of your completed trip. Mystery travelers fill out an online survey on the Greyhound Mystery Traveler webpage.
Upon completion of the survey Greyhound will refund 50 percent of your ticket price to your credit card.
