The Statendam sails an Alaskan itinerary between late May and late September. The seven-night Northbound Glacier Discovery Cruise between Vancouver and Seward visits the popular Alaskan ports of Ketchikan, Juneau and Skagway, with two days spent sailing through Glacier Bay and College Fjord. The Southbound Glacier Discovery Cruise visits Haines instead of Skagway. Holland America guests can extend their vacation for up to 13 nights by adding a land-based portion before or after the cruise to create a cruisetour package.
The Statendam sails Panama Canal cruises from late September through late April. East-bound 14-night cruises from San Diego to Ft. Lauderdale visit Puerto Vallarta, Huatulco and Puerto Chiapa, Mexico; Puerto Quetzal, Guatemala; Fuerte Amador, Panama; Cartagena, Colombia; and spend one day passing through the Panama Canal. West-bound 14-night cruises from Ft. Lauderdale to San Diego visit Oranjestad, Aruba; Puerto Caldera, Costa Rico; Huatulco, Acapulco and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico; and spend one day passing through the Panama Canal. Additional Panama Canal cruises are available with lengths ranging from 15 to 32 nights.
In May and September, the Holland America Statendam sails four-night Pacific Coastal cruises between San Diego and Vancouver. The cruise visits Victoria, British Columbia in Canada and spends two days at sea. The Statendam also sails a five-night Pacific Northwest cruise round trip from Vancouver in May, visiting the ports of Victoria and Port Alberni in British Columbia and Astoria, Oregon. It also spends one day cruising through the Gulf of Alaska's Inside Passage.
