Why do airlines not serve alcohol into Saudi Arabia?

This is not accurate. In fact, many airlines do serve alcohol on flights to Saudi Arabia, including Emirates, Qatar Airways, Etihad Airways, and a number of international carriers. While alcohol is forbidden for consumption in Saudi Arabia, it is served on flights to and from the country as this falls outside the jurisdiction of Saudi law.
