Fill out the form by giving all your personal information including name, phone number, address and email, and then create an account by deciding on a username and password. Click "next" at the bottom right of the screen.
Decide how much money you want to load on the card and click "next" at the bottom right of the screen. Finally, pay for your card by entering your bank details into the form or entering your credit card details into the appropriate form.
Go to clippercard.com/ClipperWeb/map.do and access the map of retail locations where you can get your Clipper Card.
Find the retailer most convenient to you on the map and call them to ask what forms of payment they accept for the Clipper Card.
Go to your chosen retailer and simply pay for your Clipper Card, filling it up with your desired amount. You will receiver your Clipper card once you pay.
Call 877.878.8883 to reach Clipper Customer Service. Tell the Clipper card representative you want to get a Clipper Card.
Give the customer service representative your personal information including name, phone number and address.
Decide how much money you want to put on your Clipper Card and pay over the phone by giving your bank or credit card details.
