How to visit Boracay
Boracay is one of the small islands of the Philippines that offers vacationers pristine white beaches and clear blue waters. Boracay is only about 5 miles long and under a mile wide but boasts numerous of resorts and hotels along its beaches as well as water activities such as sailing, snorkeling, diving, and parasailing. According to Lonely Planet, tourists usually flock to White Beach on the south of the island, which is lined with restaurants, shops and vendors. Despite its popularity, Boracay can be difficult to visit, especially when getting there requires taking planes, buses and boats.

Take a flight to Manila, the capital of the Philippines.

Take a domestic flight to either Kalibo Airport or Godofredo P. Ramos Airport (more commonly known as Caticlan Airport). Both are located on Panay Island in Aklan Province.

Take a bus or taxi to the Caticlan Jetty Port if you land at Caticlan Airport. If you land at Kalibo Airport, take a bus or drive to Caticlan Airport.

Board a boat for a ride to the Cagban Jetty Port on Boracay Island.

Hail a tricycle (pedicab) to your hotel of choice.
