Travelers Campground in Alachua accommodates RVers and tent campers. Campers can stay as long as one month. RV sites include more than 50 cable television channels, water and sewer service, and wireless Internet service. Tent sites include water and electricity. RV campers can bring bring well-behaved pets; pets are not allowed in tent sites. Storage sites, laundry facilities, LP gas, a convenience grocery store and swimming pool are available in the campground. Travelers Campground is home to many animals, including horses, cows, goats, donkeys, peacocks and parrots, and campers are welcome to visit the animals.

Nova Family Campground in Port Orange, near Daytona, welcomes RV and tent campers. The campground is close enough for a day trip to famous Florida attractions such as Sea World, Disney World and Universal Studios. Campground activities include fishing, swimming, surfing, shuffleboard and horseshoes. Well-behaved pets are allowed in the RV sites and must be leashed when outside. The facility includes hot showers, laundry room, grocery store, restrooms and LP gas. Campers can stay a maximum of one week.

The Kissimmee/Orlando KOA in Kissimmee is open all year long and is close to Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios. You can camp in an RV, tent or rent one of the KOA's lodges. The lodges are furnished and sleep six. The campground is home to a playground, pool, tiki hut and dog walking trail. Campground activities include karaoke, campfires, ice cream socials and pancake breakfasts.
