Phoenix is 30 miles from the campground.

    Tonto National Forest: Tortilla Campground

    • A tent camping site

      The Tortilla Campground is in the Tonto National Forest. The campground is open October through April and offers about 70 combination RV and tent campsites. Each site is about 39 by 37 feet with sewer hook-ups but no electricity. Restrooms are onsite. This campsite is heavily wooded and is a choice for campers who like a primitive setting.
