Lake Ripley Campground

• Located in the county seat of Litchfield, Lake Ripley Campground is a three-acre park for tents, recreational vehicles and trailers. The campground features 33 paved sites, two of which are pull-throughs 40-by-45 feet. The remaining back-ins measure 15-by-40. Eleven sites have full hookups, and the remaining 22 sites have electric and water only. Picnic tables and fire rings are located at every site. For convenience, the campground offers showers, restrooms, a playground, a dump station and a public phone. A dock and ramp on Lake Ripley allow for boating, fishing and swimming. The park is open from April through October. Reservations are not accepted. All camping is first-come first-serve.

Lake Koronis Regional Park

• While some of the public park crosses into Stearns County, the campground at Lake Koronis Regional Park is situated in Paynesville in Meeker County. The campground features 20 tent sites and 25 gravel spots for RVs. The sites are all back-ins and measure 30 feet by 60 feet. Water and electric hookups are found at each site. Although the park does not offer sewage connections, a waste dump is available. The campground also provides a playground, a picnic shelter with grills, restrooms, showers, a public phone and firewood. In addition to fishing, swimming and boating on Lake Koronis, visitors can also walk along the park's nature trails or play a game of shuffleboard or horseshoes. The park is open from May through October. Reservations are accepted.

Fisher's Resort & Campground

• Located on Rice Lake in Eden Valley, Fisher's Resort & Campground is a private campground. The campground features two rustic cabins and seven sites for camping with no hook-ups. Restrooms and showers are located on the property, and guests can fish and swim in Rice Lake. The campground also features Fisher's Resort restaurant, which serves dinner on Friday and lunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday. Fisher's Resort & Campground is open year-round. Reservations are required.
