Navarre is in Santa Rosa County 15 miles from Fort Walton Beach and 25 miles from Pensacola in Florida. The small town has three campgrounds near some of the attractions in the area. Campers can take nature walks, golf at Hidden Creek Golf Course or relax in the sun at Navarre Beach.
Emerald Beach RV Park has 39 back-in sites and 37 pull-through sites for RVs and full hookups. Campers have access to the beach, fishing and hiking trails. For those that need to stay in touch with friends and family, the campground has wireless Internet. There is also a swimming pool, cable TV, laundry rooms, bathhouse and a place to wash your RV. Campers without an RV can rent a cabin that sleeps up to eight people. At Magnolia Beach Campground, There's plenty to do with sea kayaking, sailing, windsurfing or walking along the beach. There are 50 campsites that have full hookups and cable TV. Campers are also allowed to bring dogs, up to 15 pounds. However, there are boarding kennels nearby for larger dogs. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy the nature walk that stretches for one mile along the waterfront past the Butterfly House, fishpond and picnic areas. Restaurants near the campground include East Bay Crab House and TC's Front Porch.

Navarre Beach Campground has RV sites and cabins for rent for campers that want to enjoy the outdoors during the day and sleep indoors at night. All sites have cable TV, sewer, electric and water hookups. Some sites have patio furniture and gas grills. Cabins are located on the beach, and have one or two bedrooms. Some also have a loft. There are many things to do around the campgrounds, including seeing the U.S. Navy Blue Angles and visiting the Air Force Armament Museum.
