Devils Fork State Park in northern South Carolina is tucked away in the Blue Ridge Mountains that covers 7,500 acres and gives guests the only public access point to Lake Jocassee. The park has spectacular views, supple landscapes and cascading waterfalls accented with wooded slopes.
Modern cabins or villas are available for lodging in the park. Each cabin includes fresh linens, cooking and eating utensils, heat and air conditioning, microwave, color television, automatic coffee maker, screened porch, outside grill and picnic table. Twenty-five cabins are available for rent and there are a variety of three-, two- and one-bedroom cabin options. The two-bedroom cabins can accommodate up to six persons while the maximum occupancy for a one bedroom is four people. The three-bedroom cabin can sleep a group of 10.

Oconee State Park is situated in the Blue Ridge foothills and was first built by the Civilian Conservation Corps during the Great Depression. Oconee State Park also offers great hiking, with the 80-mile wilderness Foothills Trail. Foothills Trail navigates along the Blue Ridge Escarpment up to Table Rock, which is adjacent to Sumter National Forest. Whitewater rafting is also popular at the nearby the Chattooga and Chauga rivers. Thirteen private and secluded cabins overlook the lake. All cabins are completely furnished and include a fireplace and air conditioning, and are supplied with linens, cooking and eating utensils, coffee maker and microwave. One- and two-bedroom cabins are available.

Table Rock State Park is located at the edge of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Table Rock State Park features two lakes, a campground, private cabins and a lodge. There are many hiking trails through the forested park, including one that leads to the top of Table Rock Mountain. One-, two- and three-bedroom cabins are available. All cabins are fully furnished, with heating and air conditioning, linens, cooking and eating utensils, coffee maker, refrigerator, stove and microwave included. All cabins feature a screened porch and fireplace.
