Fox Hollow Cabins In Junction, Texas

Junction is named for its location where the North and South Llano Rivers meet in Texas. It is a city of around 2,600 people in Kimble County and has several parks nearby including the South Llano State Park. It is a popular area for canoeing, fishing, swimming and kayaking. Cabin rentals in natural surroundings are popular in the hill country area surrounding Junction, and Fox Hollow Cabins are a relaxing choice for a back-to-nature holiday.
  1. Location

    • Fox Hollow Cabins are located on the South Llano River eight and a half miles southwest of Junction on Highway 377. There are two cabins: the Red Cabin and the Rock Cabin. The Red Cabin is made of wood and has a fireplace to keep you warm on cold evenings. The Rock Cabin is made of stone.

    Cabins in Name Only

    • The cabins are solid and more like houses. They are air-conditioned with bedrooms, bathroom, full kitchen, and are fully furnished with a TV and bed linen included. You have to bring your own towels. They also have a garden with picnic tables. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a range of meals.

    Things To Do

    • For entertainment, the property has a play room with darts and ping pong. There is an archery range, a rope swing by the river, horseshoe pits and a zip line. There are also plenty of places on the river where you can go swimming and kayaking. Alternatively you can just relax by the river with a good book.

    Cabin Rental

    • Rentals are for a minimum of two nights. Rates for the cabins as at February 2011 are $115 per night for two people in the Rock Cabin and $125 per night for two people in the Red Cabin. Additional people are $12 per night each, and no pets are allowed.
