Guests of the lodge enjoy full access to the park with the cost of their stay, but individuals can also purchase day passes to the park for $37 (full day) or $27 (half day). The park includes an interactive water treehouse with water slides, a continual sheet wave surf station, a lazy river, shallow pool for toddlers, adult water spa, huge water slides and a family raft ride.

Located in the Finger Lakes region in Cortland, New York, the Cascades Indoor Water Park on Greek Peak Mountain is about 200 miles northwest of Brewster. The spacious 41,000 square foot park includes a wave pool, three-story water slide, activity and wading pools, multilevel water activity structure, indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, and an outdoor pool that is open year-round. The park is open to owners and renters at Hope Lake Lodge, a resort hotel adjoining the park. Entry to the Cascades Indoor Water Park requires a reservation at Hope Lake Lodge; day passes are not available. A two-night weekday stay for four is reasonably priced at $400.

Located 240 miles northwest of Brewster in Syracuse, New York, the Maya Indoor Water Park and Resort is a huge facility measuring a whopping 90,000 square feet. The park offers a lazy river, wave pool and numerous water slides. As of Fall 2010 the park is still under construction, with plans to open in 2011.

Located 300 miles northwest of Brewster in Farmington, New York, the Aquazonia Indoor Waterworld at Glacier Lakes Resort was set to open in Spring 2010, but as of September 2010 it was still under construction and is now due to open in 2011. Aquazonia will feature an archaeological and exploration theme, as well as wave pools, water slides, waterfalls, gorges and water rides.
