Can commercial trucks park on residential streets in Denver Colorado?

According to the City and County of Denver Municipal Code, it is generally prohibited for commercial vehicles to park on residential streets except for 1) during the process of loading or unloading merchandise or materials; 2) with a valid permit obtained through the Denver Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (DOTI) or by the Denver Planning Office during construction for a temporary or permanent parking space for contractors or 3) if the truck owner is a property owner and/or resident and the truck parking is on said owner's or resident's property.

Here is the actual text from the Denver Municipal Code Section 11-208

Sec. 11-208. - Truck parking.

(a) On residential streets. It shall be unlawful for the driver of any truck or other commercial motor vehicle exceeding twelve thousand (12,000) pounds registered gross vehicle weight to park such vehicle on any residential street within the City and County of Denver, except:

(1) Where such truck or commercial motor vehicle is actually engaged in the process of loading or unloading merchandise or materials;

(2) Where a truck or commercial motor vehicle has been issued a permit by the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, if during construction, where a truck or commercial motor vehicle has been issued a permit by the Denver Planning Office; or

(3) Where the owner or resident of the premises on which the vehicle is parked is the owner of the truck or commercial motor vehicle.
