Morro Dunes RV Park is adjacent to the harbor in Morro Bay with Morro Rock directly in front of the park. It offers full and partial hook-up RV sites that include wireless Internet, cable TV and a picnic table. Facility amenities include a convenience store, RV repair service and banquet room with kitchen as well as modern restrooms, private showers and a coin-operated laundry. Recreational amenities include a long beachfront where guests can sunbathe, swim and surf. Atascadero Beach stretches for nine miles and is accessible from the park where guests can walk or ride their bikes.

Morro Strand RV Park is one block off U.S. Highway 1 in downtown Morro Bay. It is quarter mile walk from the beach and offers views of the Morro Rock. The campground offers full hook-up RV sites that include free wireless Internet, cable TV and a picnic table as well as a charcoal grill. Facility amenities include a coin-operated guest laundry, modern restrooms and private showers. Although there are no recreational amenities at the park it is adjacent to Lila Keiser Park where guests will find sports fields and wooded hiking trails.

Bay Pines Travel Trailer Park is at the entrance to Morro Bay State Park a half-mile west of downtown Morro Bay. It features full hook-up RV sites that include satellite TV, wireless Internet and a picnic table. Facility amenities include gravel pads, coin-operated guest laundry and a modern bathhouse with private showers. Recreational amenities include a picnic pavilion with charcoal grills and an outdoor pool with sundeck. Beach access is less then a mile in town or in the state park; Morro Bay Golf Course is next to the park.
