Palo Duro Canyon State Park is on 29,182 acres of land in the northern part of the Palo Duro Canyon. This park includes various opportunities for recreational activities including hiking trails, mountain biking trails, wildlife, picnic areas and educational programs such as Junior Ranger program, a naturalist program for children 5 to 12 years of age. RV sites include water and electrical hookups, paved parking, a picnic table, fire ring and access to a restroom with showers.
