Fantasy of Flight is an aviation-themed attraction located approximately 15 minutes west of Walt Disney World. Three hangars house over 40 vintage aircraft built between 1900 and 1950, some of which have been restored onsite. Weather permitting, founder Kermit Weeks and other pilots perform daily aerial demonstrations. Hot air balloon and biplane rides are also available for a fee.

Bok Tower Gardens, a National Historic Landmark, was a gift to the American people from Edward Bok, a Pulitzer Prize-winning Dutch author and former editor of the Ladies Home Journal. The two main highlights are the meandering garden designed by renowned American landscape architect Frederick Law Olmsted, Jr., and the 205-foot Singing Tower, a neo-Gothic, Art Deco structure that houses one of four carillons in the state of Florida. The gardens are a sanctuary for more than 100 species of birds and 50 species of butterflies.

The Polk Museum of Art has eight galleries and a sculpture garden that house rotating exhibits--some traveling and others assembled from the permanent collection. The museum's collection is composed of contemporary art, Asian and African art, decorative arts from Europe and the Americas and pre-Columbian artifacts dating back to 800 B.C.
