  1. The Children's Museum

    • The Children's Museum features three floors of activities designed for children ages 5 and up. The museum has a wardrobe full of costumes, dress-up accessories, an exhibit on bugs and a health hall. It also has a TV studio where children can act like anchors and report the news. The studio has a live audience and working cameras. The museum offers birthday parties as well.

    Plaza Las Americas

    • The Plaza Las Americas is a mall located in Puerto Rico that has many activities for children. This mall has 13 movie theaters, an arcade, a bowling alley and a kids club. The Plaza Kids Club is for children ages 6 to 12 and operates the last Saturday of every month. Each child enrolled in this club receives a T-shirt, member ID, all materials needed for monthly workshops and a monthly mailing to know what events are coming up. On the child's birthday the club offers a free ice cream and movie ticket.

    Las Cascadas Water Park

    • The Las Cascadas Water Park is located in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. The water park, which is owned and operated by the municipality of Aguadilla, is the largest water park in the Caribbean, as of 2010. Attractions at the water park include a lazy river, kiddie pool area, a speed slide, water tunnel, a wave pool and a crazy river.

    National Zoological Park

    • The National Zoological Park, also known as the Mayaguez Zoo, is a 45-acre tropical zoo. The zoo, which is part of Puerto Rico's National Parks, is home to over 340 species of reptiles, amphibians and mammals. The zoo features elephants, hippos, Bengal tigers, colorful parrots, tropical birds and Andean condors. The zoo also has a playground for children.
