    Goodnight Gracie’s

    • The original location of this Royal Oak martini and cigar bar features entertainment seven days a week. Goodnight Gracie’s is open Monday through Saturday all-year round, and opens for Sundays in April until the end of the summer. Each night, the martini bar features different drink specials, including “Kitchen Sink” Wednesday nights when DJ Joshua Adams plays electronica and funk tunes. Goodnight Gracie’s features the local world music group, the John Arnold Trio, who plays different folk and jazz numbers, on Monday nights, and the band often returns for a second performance later in the week. Goodnight Gracie’s is located inside D’Amato’s Italian Restaurant, and guests may enjoy dining there first.

    Luna Royal Oak

    • Voted the best dance club in for three years in a row by Click on Detroit 4 the Best, Luna Royal Oak offers entertainment Wednesday through Sunday nights. Each night, the bar features a different genre of music and drink specials, such as Retro Nights on Thursdays, featuring the Luna dancers and $2 domestic beers. On Saturday nights, DJ Paul spins the best of the current alternative hits and includes $1.25 drinks until 11 p.m., with different drinks being only a $1 throughout the night. Those who prefer live music should visit the bar on Sunday nights to hear the Killer Flamingos, who perform a mixture of pop rock and electronica.

    The Sky Club at Sangria’s Tapas Café

    • Inside Sangria’s Tapas Café, patrons will find two varied entertainment options. Besides authentic Spanish cuisine, at Sangria’s, they can also experience a live Flamenco show every Thursday night and watch talented dancers retell the story of gypsies and their longing for love. The performance occurs weekly at 8 p.m. and the restaurant recommends making reservations so guests have a good table for viewing. The prestigious Sky Club is located upstairs and features entertainment Wednesday through Sunday nights. On Wednesday and Thursday nights, the club offers salsa lessons from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. before the real music begins. On Friday and Saturday nights, the club switches to playing the current pop-rock hits, as well as some nostalgic ones from the 1980s. The club only permits guests 21 years old and up access and does have a dress code.
