    • The Boone County Fair takes place in Columbia, Missouri. This fair was first held in 1835 as the first county fair west of the Mississippi, and the first fair held at its current location was in 1992. The Boone County Fair offers visitors a host of contests, entertainment, musical guests, and fun for the kids. The contests and events include a draft horse pull, demolition derby, baby contest, barbecue contest, truck & tractor pull, talent show, and an open breeding cattle show.

    Gasconade County Fair

    • The Gasconade County Fair is designed to promote agriculture, education, livestock, manufacturing, and an overall understanding of the people of Gasconade County. The Fair Association is a non-profit organization with a mission to make each year's fair better than the previous year. One price gate admission gets you into all of the events, including bull riding, motor sports, music, and a variety of exhibits that represent the culture and lifestyles of Gasconade County.

    St. Louis Art Fair

    • St. Louis Art Fair is a festival that is produced by Cultural Festivals, a not-for-profit organization that supports various cultural outreach programs and services. The art fair takes place in the heart of downtown Clayton, which is less than 10 miles east of the St. Louis Downtown Riverfront grounds. During the St. Louis Art Fair, the streets of Clayton are filled with color and artistic activities that include many forms of creative arts. Exhibits include an art studio and a Creative Castle that has food and hands-on activities for kids. Cooking artists are featured at the Pleasures of the Palate as representatives of several of St. Louis' best restaurants.
