Delaware County is located in southeastern Pennsylvania along a portion of the Delaware River that forms the state's border with New Jersey.     • With its regular rock concerts and nightclub feel, Brownies 23 East is a favorite haunt for students from Haverford College, which is just over a mile away. The bar's signature drink is the 99 ounce "Beer Tower," which is featured prominently during Happy Hours on Wednesdays and Fridays. Brownies also serves appetizers, pizza, hot dogs and burgers.
