Mail or drop off your application materials to the nearest consulate or embassy. Be sure to include your passport application, your expired passport, the demand-draft payment, and the passport photos. If you've changed your name since your last passport was issued, include your original marriage certificate. Also, if your appearance has changed dramatically since your last passport, also submit a photocopy of another form of identification. You should receive your new passport in about 7-10 days.
