How to Change the Photo on a USA Passport for Children

As your child grows it is likely he'll no longer look like the photo on his passport. However, there is no way to get a new passport for your child other than reporting it damaged or stolen, and applying for a new one. Keep in mind that a child's passport is only valid until he turns 16 years old. Afterward, he must apply for an adult passport. Each time you apply, you will need to pay the application fee.
