Step 2: Make an appointment at the visa application center.
Once you have gathered all of the required documents, you need to make an appointment at the visa application center in your country. You can do this by visiting the website of the Belgian embassy or consulate in your country.
Step 3: Attend the visa interview.
On the day of your interview, you must bring all of the required documents with you. You will be interviewed by a visa officer who will assess your application and decide whether or not to issue you a visa.
Step 4: Wait for a decision.
The visa officer will usually make a decision on your visa application within a few days. If your application is approved, you will be issued a visa sticker that you must affix to your passport.
Step 5: Travel to the Schengen area.
Once you have received your visa, you can travel to the Schengen area. Be sure to keep your visa sticker with you at all times, as you may be asked to present it to border control officials.
