Verify the identity of the person whose birth certificate you are ordering and your relationship to that person. You can only order a copy of your own birth certificate or an immediate family member's.
Pay with a valid Visa, Mastercard or Discover credit card. You will be responsible for paying additional fees for express processing and overnight shipping, along with a state document fee. Also, some agencies may apply a state expedite fee.
