How to Make International Calls to Mexico
Before making any international calls, the caller must dial an international access code to dial outside of the United States and the country code for the country that is being called. After these two codes, the actual telephone number can be dialed. The international access code for calling any country outside of the United States is 011, but before making a call to Mexico the country code must be determined and the caller must have a complete Mexican telephone number ready to call.
