Not all toll free numbers are in the United States. These numbers are found in other areas of the world, including Mexico. Although the call is toll free, you do need to dial a few additional numbers to be connected outside of the United States. The same exit code to reach Mexico is also used by Canada (although other countries throughout the world use their own, specific code).
Push "011" on the telephone. This is the exit code for the United States and Canada.
Dial "52." This is the country code for Mexico and is required when dialing any number located within the country.
Press the remainder of the toll-free number. Once you complete your dial, the phone call is redirected to the toll free number
