List of RV & Motorhome Shows

Recreational vehicle (RV) camping can be fun any time of year. Imagine camping on the shores of a pristine mountain lake, near sandy ocean beaches or at one of the country's many national and state parks. Another option for fun is to discover new RV and camping products at one of the many RV shows held throughout the country.
  1. Boston RV & Camping Expo

    • East coast campers can explore their options at the New England Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association's (NERVDA) Boston RV & Camping Show, held in early February at the Seaport World Trade Center (WTC) in Boston. Attend seminars that address topics such as "Workamping," the combination of working and camping, and RV buying advice for newcomers. See a variety of RVs, pop-up campers and camping equipment from manufacturers such as Airstream, Winnebago and Honda. Representatives from campgrounds and other travel destinations from New England are also there to answer questions.

The Seaport WTC is accessible via Interstate 93 and, for pedestrians, on the Red Line of the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) subway. Area hotels offer discounted rates for expo attendees.

    Atlanta Camping & RV Show

    • Aspiring and seasoned campers from the south east can learn about RVs at the Atlanta Camping & RV Show, held in January at the Atlanta Exposition Center South. The show, the largest of its kind in the state, displays both Class A and Class C motor homes, travel trailers, truck and van campers and fifth wheels from dealers such as RV World of Georgia and Peco Campers. Learn about travel destinations that cater to campers, equipment and accessories for hiking and camping as well as camping maintenance and storage products.

The Exposition Center is accessible via Interstate 285 and free parking is available. Out-of-town visitors can stay at area hotels or at area RV parks.

Indianapolis Fall Boat & RV Show

    • Midwesterners can contemplate the camping and boating choices at the Indianapolis Fall Boat & RV Show, held in September at the Champions & Blue Ribbon Pavilions at the Indiana State Fairgrounds in Indianapolis. See RVs from manufacturers like Coachmen, Fleetwood and Tiffin. This show also showcases a variety of water vessels such as pontoons by Hampton and fishing boats by Polar Kraft, as well as all-terrain vehicles by Arctic Cat.

The Indiana State Fairgrounds are accessible via both Interstates 69 and 70. Castleton-area hotels offer lodging only 15 minutes from the fairgrounds. An RV park is located at the State Fairgrounds.

Seattle RV & Outdoor Recreation Show

    • West coast campers can check out the latest in camping equipment at The Seattle RV & Outdoor Recreation Show, held at the Qwest Field Event Center in February. Learn about the products offered by such manufacturers as Evergreen RV Supply and Wescraft RV & Marine Service. Discover vacation possibilities at destinations such as Wine Country RV Resort or Yakima Nation RV Park. Representatives from the Washington State Parks program are also on hand to discuss volunteer opportunities.

The Qwest Field Event Center is accessible via both Interstates 5 and 90. Pedestrians can take the city's Metro bus system to stops on First, Second and Third Avenues. Parking discounts are available for those who purchase their tickets on-line.
