Jacob Lake Inn is the only hotel in this area that is open all year. It offers new motel rooms or old cabins so you can get the feel of camping. All of the rooms have heaters, showers and a porch where you can enjoy the mountain views and air. The new motels rooms have phones, cable television and Internet access. Kaibab Lodge is approximately 26 miles south of Jacob Lake. The accommodations resemble rustic cabins, and most of them come equipped with double beds and private bathrooms that have a shower, sink and toilet. The rooms do not have telephones or televisions. However, if you go to the main lodge you can enjoy satellite televisions, and there are payphones. There are gorgeous mountain views and forests that you can enjoy. Kaibab lodge is open from mid-May to Nov. 2.

Grand Canyon Lodge --- North Rim is inside Grand Canyon National Park. This hotel is a national historic landmark, and it has 200 motel rooms and cabins. The Frontier cabins have one double bed and one single bed, telephone and a ¾ bath. Cooking is not allowed in the cabins and neither are pets. Western cabins have two queen beds, a full bath and private entrance. Motel rooms have a queen bed, full bathroom and a telephone. This hotel has amenities that include a sun room, snack shop, gift shop and a saloon. Grand Canyon Lodge --- North Rim is open from mid-May to mid-October.
