Jersey Village is just outside Houston but is within the Houston Metropolitan Area. Because it is a city with about 7,000 residents, it is family oriented and has a low crime rate. But its small size also limits the number of available nightlife options. However, nearby Houston has several dance clubs that are less than 20 miles away.
Drink Houston, about 11 miles away from Jersey Village, is the home of three different bars and hosts events on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Within Drink Houston are 8.0 Retro, Center Stage Karaoke and Rain Bar, a Latin lounge. Center Stage Karaoke is always a 21 and over club, but on Thursday nights, individuals 18 and over can dance at 8.0 Retro and the Rain Bar. Each bar is separated so that there is no music cross-over and each has enough room so that everyone can dance comfortably.
Drink Houston has a strict dress code; patrons not adhering to the rules will not be permitted to enter.

HUSH, about 18 miles from Jersey Village, is an 18-and-over state-of-the-art dance club. The club is 25,000 square feet and has a 1,700 square foot dance floor, computerized and motorized light show, a video wall and ceiling, and dozens of plasma and video screens. The club is open Thursday through Saturday nights and features different events such as foam parties, release parties and ladies night.
As HUSH is a popular night spot, reservations are recommended for table seating. Cover charges vary depending on the night's events and HUSH patrons are expected to abide by the club's dress code.

Chayn's Nightclub is open Tuesday through Sunday and offers a complimentary happy hour dinner buffet from Tuesday through Friday. Located about 11 miles from Jersey Village, the club hosts Ladies Night on Wednesday, Industry Night (for those in the hospitality industry) on Sundays, Karaoke Night on Thursdays and Rodeo Night on Tuesdays. Friday and Saturday night festivities center on live music and dancing.
Valet parking is available on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Chayn's recommends reservations as well as appropriate nightclub attire.

Club Tropicana is a popular Latin club that hosts live meringue, salsa and bachata bands. Open on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday nights, Club Tropicana provides free salsa lessons for women on Tuesday and Friday nights and live bands on Tuesday and Saturday nights. Club Tropicana is about 15 miles from Jersey Village and charges a cover every night, although there is no charge for women on Tuesday nights. Reservations are recommended if table seating is desired.
