    • Celebrating more than five years as a music festival in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, the Porcupine Mountain Music Festival hosts more than 30 national and regional acts on a yearly basis and hosts more than 1,000 patrons each day. Known locally simply as "The Porkies," the Porcupine Mountain Music Festival is family-friendly event.

    Grand Marais Offshore Challenge

    Chippewa County Fair

    • A weeklong event that typically happens in late August or early September, the Chippewa County Fair provides entertainment for every member of the family. Entertainment at the Chippewa County Fair consists of livestock shows, beauty pageants, music and plenty of games and carnival rides.
