In recent years mileage trading has become more accepted within the industry as passengers have taken the matter into their own hands by exchanging between programs and demanding more options from the airlines. US Airways and Continental have both become partners with online miles brokers to ease the process.

Click the "Join Now" button at the top of the page located next to the US Airways Dividend Miles logo. Fill out the required information and join the Points.com service.

  Select "Exchange" from the list of options. Select the "I want to move from" option and list the amount of US Airways Dividend miles you wish to exchange. Search the exchange offers for someone wishing to exchange Continental One Pass miles for your US Airways Dividend miles. Check the fee amount and see if it is suitable for your budget and needs. If there are no offers meeting your exchange needs you may post your US Airways Dividend miles up for sale. If they are purchased you may then use the money to purchase Continental One Pass miles in the same manner.

  Make the exchange once you find a suitable trade. Withdraw your new Continental One Pass miles from the website and transfer them into your account.
