Make your Magical Express reservation online or by calling 1-407-W-DISNEY. You will need to be staying at a Walt Disney World hotel to take advantage of Disney's Magical Express. Make your reservations at least 30 days in advance. Be sure to share your flight information with the person taking reservations.
Attach the Magical Express luggage tags that Disney mailed you to your checked luggage. You will also want to bring the voucher that you receive in the mail.
Upon arriving at the Orlando airport, go directly to the Disney Welcome Center in the main terminal, B side, level 1. Give your voucher to the representative at the desk.
Board the bus that stops at your hotel. Buses make up to three stops, so it may take anywhere from 45 to 75 minutes to arrive at your final destination. They'll show you Disney videos, and you'll be there before you know it.
Check in at your hotel. Your luggage will arrive within three hours of check-in. In the meantime, go ahead and enjoy the parks or the pools—you don't need to be in your room when your luggage arrives. If your room isn't ready, your bags will be transported as soon as you have a room assigned to you.
Let Magical Express know about your departure time, either before your trip or from your hotel during your stay. You will receive notification of your pick up location and time.
If you're flying a participating airline, check your bags at the hotel to be transported to the airport for you. Get on the bus, and see your luggage again when you reach your final destination.
