Log in to your Bolt Rewards account by clicking "Sign In" on boltbus.com. Enter your user name and password and click "Sign In." Your rewards points will show at the bottom of the screen under "My Bolt Rewards" and show that you're eligible for a free one-way ticket.
Enter the information for your trip (departing city, arriving city, date and number of passengers) under "Buy Tickets" on the homepage. Once you select a date and cities, a time table will pop up with available departure times and fares.
Move your mouse over the word "Purchase Options" next to the departure you'd like to purchase and click "Book Round Trip." Enter your return date and select a time, then go over "Purchase Options" and click "Buy Now." If you're only buying a one-way ticket, click "Buy Now" after going over "Purchase Options."
Review the details for your trip and make sure they are correct. The confirmation page will display the face value of the ticket(s) you are purchasing, but you will be charged for the tickets you purchase minus one free one-way ticket. For example, if you are buying a round-trip ticket, you'll only be charged for a one-way ticket since you are redeeming a reward.
On the confirmation screen, enter "1" under "Redeemable Rewards" and click "Submit." This will apply your free ticket to the transaction and also waives the transaction fee for your reward ticket.
Enter your credit card information (if purchasing more than a one-way ticket) and click "Purchase." You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your ticket, which you need to print and show to the driver when boarding.
