Call your loved one on the Emerald Princess by dialing 900-329-7447 or 900-565-2800 from the United States or Canada. The latter number is used for both phone calls and faxes. These numbers are for all ships in the Princess fleet. Provide the Princess operator with the room number and name of your loved one on the Emerald Princess and you are immediately connected to your loved one's stateroom.
Contact your loved ones from countries other than the United States or Canada by calling the Emerald Princess at 761 118 498. Provide the same information as in the first step.
Ask your loved one to contact his or her cell phone service provider prior to boarding the Emerald Princess to enroll in a temporary roaming agreement with the Maritime Communications Partner so that his o her cell phone is in working order in the ocean as well as all international countries.
