As of 2010, the RTD operates 140 bus routes in Denver, servicing more than 10,000 stops. RTD buses also offer specialized services including SkyRide and RockiesRide. SkyRide buses provide transportation to and from Denver International Airport. RockiesRide buses offer transportation to and from Coors Field, home of the Denver Rockies baseball team.
Fares for Denver's various bus services range from $2 to $4.50 cash, $18 to $40.50 for a 10-ride ticket book and $70 to $164 for monthly passes, depending on the route type. SkyRide fares range from $8 to $12 cash one way and from $15 to $22 for round trip while RockiesRide ranges from $3.50 to $4.50 depending on the trip's distance.
RTD buses service 74 park-n-rides throughout the greater Denver area, 34 of which charge parking fees based on the vehicle's registered owner's address. If the registered owner's address lies within the RTD service boundaries, the car may be parked for up to 24 hours at no charge.
