Hold the awning track against the camper at the desired height. Check that it is level and mark the screw holes with a permanent marker. Take down the awning track.
Drill holes at the marks using a cordless drill and a drill bit. Add waterproof sealer to the holes and secure the awning track to the camper with ¾-inch screws.
Slide the awning into the awning track and make sure it is centered. Pull the cotter pins to secure the awning to the track.
Hold each of the awning arms flat against the camper and mark the screw holes with a permanent marker. Drill holes at the marks, apply waterproof sealer and screw the awning arms into place with ¾-inch screws.
