Martinez Lake Resort offers year-round family RV camping on the banks of Martinez Lake, off the Colorado River. The resort offers canoe and boat rentals as well as one- and two-day canoe trips. Part of the National System of Public Lands, Squaw Lake Campground offers 125 RV sites and tent camping year-round on the Colorado River just above the Imperial Dam. Families camping here can enjoy boating, fishing, hiking, picnics, swimming and wildlife. There are two swimming areas, grills and restrooms with flush toilets. Showers are available for a fee. Stays are limited to 14 days in any 28-day period.

The resort is located near the Colorado River and Imperial Dam, convenient for fishing, boating and hiking. The resort itself offers entertainment and activities along with a pool and recreation room. RV sites feature gravel pads and concrete patios and have water, sewer and electrical hook-ups.
