Lazy L Resort

• The Lazy L Resort in Overgaard is in the southern end of Heber-Overgaard, an approximate 10-minute drive from the restaurants and shops in the downtown area. The park is also less than five minutes from hiking trails and mountain climbing opportunities in Sitgreaves National Forest. Some of the amenities in this campground include picnic areas with barbecue grills, access to Wi-Fi Internet throughout the resort and a covered pavilion for gatherings. The campground also has an adjacent general store that provides groceries and RV supplies. Lazy L has 73 RV camping sites with water, electrical, sewage and cable television hook-ups.

Elk Pines RV Resort

• Elk Pines RV Resort, situated in the southern end of Heber-Overgaard, offers amenities such as a guest laundromat, outdoor picnic area with barbecue grills, recreational center with satellite television, shower and bathroom facilities, movie rentals and access to Wi-Fi Internet throughout the resort. A convenience store with groceries and sundries is located on the resort's property. The 68 RV camping sites offer water, sewage and electrical hook-ups. Each parking spot can accommodate RVs of up 40 feet. Avid golfers who stay at Elk Pines are only a five-minute drive from the 18-hole golf course at the Pine Meadows Golf Club. The resort is also five minutes from the Tall Timbers Park, a recreational area with paths for jogging and cycling.

Black Canyon Rim Campground

• The Black Canyon Rim Campground in the southwest area of Heber-Overgaard is only 10 minutes from trout fishing and boating opportunities at the 78-acre Black Canyon Lake, as well as Willow Springs Lake. The campground is also a five-minute drive from the Mogollan Rim Visitors Center on State Route 260. Resort amenities include picnic areas with barbecue grills, ATV trails on the resort's property and restroom facilities. The nearby community of Forest Lake, which is less than five minutes from the campground, has a laundromat, dumping station and general store with food items and fishing supplies. The campground offers 21 sites for tent camping.
