Federal Campgrounds in Arizona

Campers in Arizona can explore various federal campgrounds located from the Colorado River in the north to Tucson in the south. Arizona is home to Tonto Natural Bridge, which stands 183 feet over a tunnel, the limestone caves of Kartchner Caverns and the famed Grand Canyon National Park. As you drive along Interstates 17, 40 and 10, you may have the option for an overnight stay in a private campground, but a federal managed campground offers more opportunities to engage in the wild and tour the outdoors in pristine forest.
