While there are a number of RV sites and cabins for rent, Deer Run also offers tent sites to those simply interested in camping. Set up a tent by the 25-acre lake and enjoy the small beach that borders it. Amenities include a basketball court, tennis court, swimming pool, volleyball court, limited WiFi, play areas, picnic shelters, convenience store and deli. Showers and a laundry room are also available. Deer Run RV Resort is a gated campground.

The Catoosa Ridge Stables and Campgrounds offers 30 tent sites, with optional stalls if you want to bring along your horse. The campground boasts extensive horseback and hiking trails with seasonal access to 90,000 acres of the Catoosa Wildlife Management Area. Some of the 50 miles of privately owned trails run along the No Business Creek. A lounge is on-site and cabins are avalable for rent.
