North Landing Beach Campground & RV Resort has a private beach on the North Landing River where you can fish, swim, canoe, soak up some sun or just enjoy camping with a waterfront view. There are back-in and pull-through RV sites, some of which can accommodate rigs up to 70 feet long. RV sites have 30 or 50-amp electricity, water and free wireless Internet. Wooded and waterfront tent sites are available, as well as furnished cottages and cabins. The campground is open year-round.

North Bay Shore Family Campground is located less than 20 minutes from Oceana Naval Air Station and is open seasonally from May through October. Your stay includes use of the boat ramp into Ashville Bridge Creek, which leads out into North Bay and you can rent boats or canoes for an hour or the whole day. Primitive RV sites with no hookups, and sites with water, sewer and 30 or 50-amp electricity are available, or you can stay in one of the campground's furnished cabins, which sleep up to five people.

Virginia Beach KOA is located just two miles away from Oceana Naval Air Station, close enough to see fighter jets flying overhead occasionally. The campground offers RV sites for rigs up to 60 feet, as well as tent campsites and cabins.
