The Cape Ann Camp Site is located just a few miles from Peabody in Gloucester, on the coast of Massachusetts. More than 200 sites accommodate recreational vehicles with full hookups, including electric, water and sewer. Guests have access to fire pits and picnic tables, as well as six shower and toilet buildings. Internet access is available at a designated location. Pets are welcome. Visitors to the camp site can expect to pay around $40 for a night’s stay as of July 2010. Additional fees may be incurred for more than one vehicle or numerous guests.

Winter Island in Salem, Massachusetts is located a few miles from Peabody and offers recreational vehicle camping directly on the marina. The location is home to the Fort Pickering Lighthouse and Waikiki Beach. Guests can use the local boat ramp or function hall for an additional fee. The campsites offer a variety of set-ups, including waterfront or field RV spots with water and electricity. All sites include a picnic table, and select sites offer grills. The campsites are open May through October annually, and costs around $47 for a premium recreational vehicle spot as of July 2010.
