Located in a rural area in the northwest part of the state, the Deer Meadow Campground is spread over 65 acres and is bordered by the Cook Forest. The campground is open from late May through early September and has RV sites with water, sewer and electric connections that are available on a seasonal basis. Campers should call to get the rates on the seasonal sites. Deer Meadow has plenty of features on its property, including a store that sells groceries, RV supplies, firewood, ice and propane. For recreational enjoyment the campground features a heated outdoor pool, a picnic pavilion, a game room, playgrounds, miniature golf and hay rides. Additional amenities include two bath houses with showers, free cable TV, fire pits and picnic tables, It also holds special events such as Halloween in August and Christmas in July.

The 100-site Pine Lane Campground in the northwest corner of Pennsylvania is a popular choice for fishermen because of its proximity to Lake Erie and numerous streams. Full hook-up sites are available at this seasonal campground and long-term guests can also opt to pay extra for air conditioning as well as an extra refrigerator or freezer. The Pine Lane Campground, which accommodates RVs, tent campers and pop-ups trailers, features a large outdoor pool, a store that sells RV parts, ice, and propane, a laundry facility, and a fishing pond. The property also has a dump station, basketball court, fishing cleaning station and small arcade.

The Blue Rocks Family Campground, which is in Lenhartsville and near the city of Allentown in Eastern Pennsylvania, has seasonal campsites that are available from April 1 until Nov. 1 Winter seasonal sites can also be rented for an additional fee, weather permitting. The seasonal sites come with water, electric and sewer, water and electric only, or no hook-ups at all. A forested property consisting of 125 acres with mountain streams, Blue Rocks has RV sites in both open and wooded areas. Firewood, RV supplies, ice and propane are available at its general store. The campground includes picnic tables, fire rings, a fishing pond, a dump station, bathrooms with showers, public phones, a gift shop and a game room.
