Located on 13 river-front acres, French Broad River Campground accommodates RV and tent camping. Tent sites offer rustic camping. RV sites offer sewer and electrical hook-up. Cable television is available for an additional nightly fee. Campers can visit the clubhouse featuring a game room, camp store and laundry service. The bathhouse features hot showers and toilets. Up to two pets are permitted per site as long as they remain leashed.

Wilson's offers tent and RV camping sites, each with a picnic table, fire ring and trash bin. RV sites feature a concrete slab and full service hook-ups; electric (30 and 50 amp), water and sewer. Public areas and select sites offer free wireless Internet service. The bathhouse provides hot showers and toilets. Convenience store and laundry facilities are located a half-mile from the park. The French Broad River greenway and bike path runs within the park. RV supplies and service can be found next to the park. Leashed, well-behaved pets are allowed.
