The park is within walking distance of a local grocery store. The hotel has public showers that are available for use by RV travelers. The park allows pets, and also has a playground nearby. The Joy Land Trailer and RV Park has 50 RV sites with full hookups, including 50-amp electrical power and sewage. Sites are large enough for big rigs, and there are also pull-through sites available. The camp is in the San Antonio Mountains, and is near the Mud Lake. Guests can enjoy wild life viewing, hiking, and fishing near the park. Each site has cable or satellite television, wireless high speed Internet access, and drinking water. There is an onsite dump site, and a coin-operated laundry facility. Showers and restrooms are also available. The camp is open year round, and also offers tent camping on sites without hook ups. Guests can bring their pets, as long as they are kept on a leash or in the trailer.

Peavine Campground, also known as the Peavine Campground, is five miles east of Tonopah in Nevada. The campsite is elevated 5,500 feet, and has two trails that lead to Arc Dome Wilderness. The trails also lead to Peavine Canyon near the Toiyabe Crest National Recreation Trail. Peavine Creek is near the campground, and provides fishing and swimming for guests. The campground has 10 sites for single RVs, and one site for groups. The camp is open from May through October, and does not accept reservations. There are onsite restrooms. The campground allows pets, as long as they are on a leash. The facilities are not handicapped accessible. The maximum RV length allowed in the campground is 35 feet.
