Locate an information counter or a Travelers Aid desk. Reagan National Airport has three terminals, each with a Travelers Aid desk or information counter.
Call a Travelers Aid desk. You don't have to be at the airport to contact someone there, because the desks have direct lines that you can call. The number for terminal A is 703-417-3972. Terminals B and C share a number: 703-417-1806.
Give the attendant at the counter the full name of the person you wish to page and state where he can meet or contact you. Use the full name so that it is more likely to catch the right person's attention.
