However, Carnival Cruise Lines welcomes all comments and concerns. Its website says: "If you have comments or would like to contact the company directly, we encourage you to do so and welcome the opportunity to serve and assist you." Carnival Cruise Lines accepts letters and emails.
Include full names, booking number, ship and sail date in your letter. State your complaint clearly with specific examples and crew members' names, if applicable. Send the letter to corporate headquarters at Carnival Cruise Lines, 3655 NW 87th Ave., Miami, FL 33178.

"We process electronic communications much more quickly than hand written letters." Go to Carnival's website, http://www.carnival.com. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find "Customer Help & Support." Click "Contact us by email" and fill out the email form. You also can find the "Contact Us" email form under "Help" at the top of the website.
