      Send an email. "The best way to contact Carnival is by email," says Shannon Garrett, business development manager at Carnival Cruise Lines. "We process electronic communications much more quickly than hand written letters." Go to Carnival's website, http://www.carnival.com. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find "Customer Help & Support." Click "Contact us by email" and fill out the email form. You also can find the "Contact Us" email form under "Help" at the top of the website.
